BIP Erasmus+ Creative Marketing Plan Program Concluded Successfully in Kolding, Denmark with Strong International Participation

The BIP Erasmus+ Creative Marketing Plan (CMP) Program, held from March 23 to March 27, 2026, has successfully concluded in Kolding, Denmark. The CMP program was part of a larger event running in parallel with two other BIP programs hosted by the International Business Academy (IBA). Together, the three programs brought over 200 students, professors and staff of 37 different nationalities, creating a vibrant and diverse international academic environment.

Six students from the Faculty of International Relations at the Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) participated in the CMP Program, competing alongside peers from across Europe. As part of this program, students developed a comprehensive marketing plan for Skærsøgaard, Denmark’s first licensed and most highly awarded wine estate. The students visited the estate on Tuesday, gaining valuable insights into the local wine industry and developing strategies tailored to Skærsøgaard’s unique market positioning. One VŠE student, Ema Otrubová, was part of the winning international team, showcasing outstanding teamwork and creativity.

Additionally, a professor from VŠE attended the event as part of the Global Mindset Training program, a staff development initiative designed to strengthen communication skills and global perspectives.

Lourdes V. Tardillo, an IBB student, who participated in the event shared her thoughts on the experience:

“I’m really grateful for the opportunity to participate in the program, and really happy with the experience, learning and new friendships.”

Another student, Snezhana Melnichenko, from the International Business program, taught in Czech, shared: “I would like to say that this program was truly a great experience for me. I really enjoyed the time we spent together. It was a pleasure to meet so many people from different countries and build new friendships.”

Other students from the same Czech program who were present wished to share the following. Nikol Vitáková indicated: “Taking part in this BIP program was an amazing opportunity to work in a culturally diverse team on a project we were all interested in. This experience had a positive effect not only on my practical but also on my social skills.”

Matúš Šintál thinks that “the biggest added value came from us working in teams consisting of international members. This meant we all could learn valuable know-how regarding different ways the marketing is taught and done in other European countries.”

Ema Otrubová adds: “This Blended Intensive Programme provided me with a valuable opportunity to experience a completely different teaching approach. Although marketing is not my primary field of study, I leave feeling fulfilled, having gained new knowledge, while working in a highly multicultural environment.”

Ondřej Bednárik concludes: “I am happy with how diverse the whole week was. Working on the project in a team of six people, all from different countries, was really challenging, but also extremely rewarding. In addition to working on a marketing campaign for a local winery, we also discovered Danish culture, made dozens of new memories, and connected with amazing and inspiring people.”

Overall, the CMP program, alongside the other two BIP initiatives, was a resounding success, offering students and involved staff an invaluable opportunity to engage with various global business practices, expand their networks and collaborate across cultures.

The Faculty of International Relations at VŠE is grateful for the warm welcome extended to their members at IBA, especially Anna Barseghyan and Alla Rozova, and looks forward to future collaborations that will continue to enrich the educational experience for both students and staff.
