The Disciplinary Committee of a faculty deals with the disciplinary infractions of students who are enrolled at the faculty. The Disciplinary Commission presents the Dean with its proposal for dealing with the infraction in question.
What is Disciplinary Infraction
A disciplinary infraction occurs when obligations stipulated in legal regulations or in the internal regulations of a higher education institution or its constituent parts are infringed.
A disciplinary infraction is any form of cheating, copying, or unauthorized cooperation, including all forms of prompting
A disciplinary infraction is publishing of someone else´s work for own use, especially by using a part of someone else´s work in his or her own work without proper reference or literal use of a part of someone else´s work without an obvious indication of the quotation
A disciplinary infraction is submitting the same or partially modified work to fulfill various study obligations
A disciplinary infraction is any recording or propagation of the test or examination content
Basic information about the Disciplinary Committee
Who can become a member of the Committee
The members of the Disciplinary Committee of a faculty are appointed and dismissed by the Dean from among the members of the faculty’s academic community. Half of the members of the Disciplinary Committee are students. The Chair of the Disciplinary Committee of the faculty is voted for from amongst its members, and he/she is voted for and dismissed by the Disciplinary Committee.
The term of office of members of the Disciplinary Committee of a faculty may not exceed two years.

What are the sanctions?
The following sanctions may be imposed for disciplinary infractions:
- conditional expulsion, including the specification of a deadline by which certain conditions must be met;
