It was on the ČT24 program Earth in Need that Daniel Stach (alumni of FIR) and his guests paid special attention to them in a special broadcast. One of them was assoc. prof. Pavel Hnát, Vice-Dean for Pedagogical Activities of FIR and a member of the Department of World Economy.

The members of the Student Trade and Competitiveness (SKOK) Student Club participated in a four-day stay in Brussels, Belgium, from 5 to 8 March 2020. The aim of the trip was mainly to get to know the institutions of the European Union, the functions of the individual representations of the Czech Republic-based in Brussels and also to experience the culture of another European country while staying abroad.

The Faculty of International Relations provides a license of an interactive e-learning portal called Skills for Study Campus from the Macmillan organization starting from March 2020. The portal, which is used by prestigious universities in the United Kingdom, the USA and many Western European countries, offers FIR students focused online courses in a total of twelve modules. Skills for study Campus combines the best of e-learning technology with the benefits of an interactive platform to engage and develop students and their success in academia and professional careers.
