The future of European Integration Process: Czechia in the core or on the periphery of Europe?

We are pleased to invite you to the 10th European Day on the topic of “The Future of European Integration Process: Czechia in the core or on the periphery of Europe?”. The conference is organised by the Centre of European Studies at the University of Economics, Prague in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in Prague. The annual conference will be held on Thursday, 19 April 2017 at the Academic Club of the University of Economics, Prague from 9:00 to 15:00.

The conference will consist of three panel discussions during which distinguished guests will discuss their visions of the future of the EU, the role of the Visegrad Group in the EU and the position of the Czech Republic in Europe. Among others, confirmed speakers of the conference are: Yann-Sven Rittelmeyer (Policy Analyst, European Policy Centre, Brussels), Olaf Wientzek (European Policy Coordinator, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung), Aleš Chmelař (State Secretary for European Affairs, Government of the Czech Republic), and Marek Mora (CNB Bank Board member, Czech National Bank).
