17th International Joint Conference: Central and Eastern Europe in the Changing Business Environment

Department of International Business invites all faculty members and students to participate in the 17th International Joint Conference: Central and Eastern Europe in the Changing Business Environment. Conference is jointly organized in collaboration with the University of Economics in Bratislava and takes place on Friday, May 27, 2017 from 9am in the room NB169.

Program of the conference is split into two parts – a panel session in the morning and section sessions in the afternoon.

The morning part takes a form of a videoconference between Prague and Bratislava. Keynote speakers are:

  • Karel Týra (Regional manager of AC NIELSEN for the Czech Republic and Slovakia)
  • Jan Brožík (Executive Finance Director of ČEZ Group, Czech Republic)
  • Miroslav Lukeš (General Manager of Mastercard for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria)

In the afternoon sessions (International Finance, International Trade, International Business and Management, International Marketing and Consumer Behavior) results of individual researchers will be presented. Detailed program can be found here.
