Kateřina Drahošová Wins the By-Elections to the VŠE Academic Senate

On Thursday, October 15, 2026, by-elections to the VŠE Academic Senate for the remainder of the 2024–2027 term took place.

The voting was held in the constituency of students enrolled at the Faculty of International Relations (FIR). Out of eligible student voters, 225 participated in the secret ballot. All cast votes were valid.

Official voting results:

• Bc. Kateřina Drahošová received 114 votes (50.66% of the participating voters).
• Ing. Martin Zíka received 61 votes (27.11%).
• Bc. Valeriia Tsyhanchuk received 50 votes (22.22%).
