Safe Start in the World of Cryptocurrencies: VŠE Students Receive Trezor Hardware Wallets

The world’s first hardware wallet, Trezor, was created in the Czech Republic and has long been focused on advancing education and security in the field of cryptocurrencies. As part of this collaboration, Trezor will donate hardware wallets to all VŠE students who enroll in cryptocurrency-focused study courses over the next two years.

This initiative will allow students to gain hands-on experience with secure self-custody of cryptocurrencies right from the beginning of their studies. Hardware wallets are essential for secure self-custody as they store private keys in an offline environment, protecting users’ assets from online threats such as hacking, phishing, or malware.

“We are honored to support VŠE’s pioneering program,” said Jiří Kroulík, PR Manager at Trezor. “As the creator of the world’s first hardware wallet, Trezor is committed to promoting security and education in the cryptocurrency space. By providing our devices to VŠE students, we are helping shape a new generation of cryptocurrency innovators right here in the Czech Republic.”
