Graduation Ceremony /June 27, 2025/

The graduation ceremony at the Faculty of International Relations (FIR) will take place on Friday, June 27, 2025, in the Vencovský Auditorium of VŠE.

The ceremony is intended for students who successfully complete their studies by June 13, 2025 (inclusive).

The times of individual English-taught programs ceremonies can be found below.

Graduation Schedule:

Each graduate will receive an e-mail with further instructions from their Program Coordinator in the coming days.

General Organizational Instructions

• Graduates are expected to arrive 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to the foyer of the Vencovský Auditorium (1st floor of the NB building), where they will register in the graduation book and be briefed on the ceremony.
• Guests will be admitted into the auditorium from the ground floor of the VŠE building approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony.
• The ceremony itself lasts approximately 60 minutes.

All attendees are expected to wear formal attire. To help ensure a dignified and smooth ceremony, we kindly ask guests to carefully consider whether the event is suitable for children under the age of three.

Memories from Your Special Day

Photos and audiovisual recordings will be taken during the ceremony and may be published for promotional purposes on university websites. Graduation photos and video recordings will be available for order later at promoce.vse.cz.
