Ing. Zbyněk Dubský Ph.D. from the Department of International Studies and Diplomacy was a guest on CT24’s “Devadesátka” (Ninety Days), where he commented on the situation in Russia in connection with the Wagner Group’s rebellion and its campaign against Moscow.

Ing. Zbyněk Dubský, Ph.D.
He is an assistant professor at KMSD. In 2002 he received his PhD in International Political Relations. He teaches courses on Global Power Politics, EU Internal and External Security and International Security Relations. His research focuses on the problem of power distribution in the international system, specifically on energy security and international relations, security relations with an emphasis on the European area, the development of the EU Common Security and Defence Policy and current issues in the development of the European integration process. These topics are the dominant focus of his publications.
