Are you an IBB, IB, or IDS freshman?

Orientation Days are organized for all incoming international students one week prior to the beginning of the academic year. We are delighted to welcome you to Prague and help you make a smooth transition to your university life. The programme will consist of:

1. 1. Study programmes activities
  2. Activities organized by the VŠE International Office
  3. Activities organized by the ESN VŠE Prague

IBB (Bachelor of International Business) students

11th & 12th September morning (Monday/Tuesday) – Registration session (presence mandatory on one of the sessions!) – Students are asked to fill in the form sent via email by the IBB Administrative Coordinator and choose the session they prefer

13th September, 9-10 AM CEST (Wednesday) – IBB meeting with academic director, Mr. Radek Čajka (presence mandatory!)

15th September, 3 PM (15:00) CEST (Friday) – Welcome (back) to FIR! (Riegrovy Sady Beer Garden) – Meet your fellow international students and friends from your degree programme during a casual students-for-students event

IB (International Business – Central European Business Realities masters programme) students

13th September, 9 AM CEST (Wednesday) – Registration session (room RB 210)

14th September, 4 PM (16:00) CEST (Thursday) – Student’s IB meeting (room RB 112)

IDS (International and Diplomatic Studies bachelor and masters programme) students

13th September, 10-12 AM CEST (Wednesday) – IDS Student’s Meeting (room NB 244, presence mandatory!)
