The Faculty of International Relations develops education beyond the standard study programmes.

The Executive Academy offers specialised executive courses to support the development of professional skills and knowledge in key areas of professional focus. Studies by reputable institutions conclude that different numbers and shares of jobs will change in the coming years and that executives will be forced to adapt to the changes or seek new opportunities. However, the common conclusion is that labour market trends clearly point to the need for upskilling and reskilling, i.e. increasing and broadening professional competencies.
