Invitation to the Graduation Ceremony /21.3.2025/
Dear graduates of the Faculty of International Relations,
Congratulations on successfully completing your studies at the Faculty of International Relations, Prague University of Economics and Business! Your diligence, perseverance, and determination have led you to this important milestone, which deserves a celebratory event.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the graduation ceremony, which will take place on Friday, March 21, 2025, in the Vencovskeho Auditorium at the Prague University of Economics and Business.

Each graduate will receive an email with the exact time of their graduation and further instructions.
Important Organizational Instructions:
- Graduates should arrive 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony in the foyer of the Vencovskeho Auditorium (1st floor of NB), where they will sign the graduation book and be briefed on the ceremony.
- Guests can enter the auditorium from the ground floor of the university building approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.
- The ceremony itself lasts approximately 60 minutes.
- We kindly ask all participants to arrive in formal attire. To ensure the dignity of the ceremony, please carefully consider the attendance of children under three years old.
Memories of Your Special Day:
During the graduation, photographs and audiovisual recordings will be made, which may be published for promotional purposes on the university’s website. The option to order graduation photos and videos will be available later on the website promoce.vse.cz.
