Find an Alumni Mentor: Applications for Alumni Mentoring 2025/2026 Are Now Open!

Applications for the 7th edition of the Alumni Mentoring Program are now open! Are you in the 3rd year of your bachelor’s, in a master’s program, or a recent graduate (within three years of graduation)? Apply and get an experienced alumni mentor for one year!

Mentoring will help you navigate the transition from studies to professional experience, prepare for interviews, improve your CV, and gain insights into different work environments – from international corporations and agencies to small and medium-sized companies. Together with your mentor, you can discuss how to start and build your career effectively, as well as topics of personal development: motivation, self-confidence, work–life balance, and recognizing your strengths and weaknesses.

Applications for the academic year 2025/2026 are open until September 30, 2025!

Mentoring is a process of sharing experience, knowledge, and skills based on a professional relationship between two people. The mentor helps the mentee develop professionally, discover their potential, and find the right direction. The mentee, in turn, is motivated to grow and eager to learn how to best apply their abilities.

Alumni mentoring is not only about practical advice and tips – it is also a unique opportunity to gain inspiration, contacts, and support from someone who has already walked the same path.
