Graduation
Your big day is coming – graduation! This ceremonial act is the final step of your studies and we look forward to celebrating your achievements with you. We’ve put together a short instructional video to give you all the information and tips you need to make the most of your graduation day.

This day is dedicated to you and your achievements. Enjoy every moment and don’t forget that you are still part of our FIR VŠE academic community in the form of the FIR Alumni Club.
General Organizational Instructions
- Graduates are expected to arrive 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to the foyer of the Vencovský Auditorium (1st floor of the NB building), where they will register in the graduation book and be briefed on the ceremony.
- Guests will be admitted into the auditorium from the ground floor of the VŠE building approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony.
- The ceremony itself lasts approximately 60 minutes.
All attendees are expected to wear formal attire. To help ensure a dignified and smooth ceremony, we kindly ask guests to carefully consider whether the event is suitable for children under the age of three.
Memories from Your Special Day
Photos and audiovisual recordings will be taken during the ceremony and may be published for promotional purposes on university websites. Graduation photos and video recordings will be available for order later at promoce.vse.cz.
Graduate Feedback Survey
As a graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s program, you are invited to fill in the bachelor or master graduate survey. Your feedback helps us improve our study programs and services for future graduates.

Electronic version of the diploma and the diploma supplement
Graduates who completed their studies from June 2025 onwards will receive, in addition to the printed diploma and diploma supplement, their electronic versions as well. Further details are available on the university-wide page about eDiplomas.
