Be a mentor and inspire the next generation!

Do you want to pass on your experience and foster young talents? Join our Alumni Mentoring Programme and become a mentor! This unique program allows you to share your knowledge and skills with young graduates who are eager for career growth and personal development. Help them discover their strengths and set them on the road to success. Apply today and become part of a community that is changing the future!

The Alumni Mentoring Programme officially begins on the 17th of October 2024 and runs until the 6th of May 2025. During this period, the mentor and mentee establish a deeper relationship that often lasts beyond the end of the programme. It is common for pairs to come to understand each other professionally and continue to stay in touch after the mentoring programme has officially ended.

At the beginning of the programme, all participants will meet for an initial joint meeting (17.10.), where they will learn more about the programme and get the opportunity to get to know each other. After this meeting, the selected pairs will meet separately. It is recommended that the mentor and mentee meet at least once a month for the duration of the programme, which includes a total of eight meetings. These meetings can take place in person or online, for example via the MS Teams platform, which allows for greater flexibility.

If you are a graduate who wants to pass on your experience and inspire the next generation, apply to be a mentor by 6th October 2024 via this link. Join the program and take the opportunity to share your experience!

Who is the mentor?

A mentor is a more experienced FIR graduate who has been working for several years (at least 6 years since graduation is recommended). He or she would like to pass on his or her experience and be a support to the student who is yet to make the transition to the workplace. A mentor can help the student navigate the industry and explain how things work. They can also advise on interviews and CVs or focus on the student’s personal development.

More information – here.

Are you a young FIR graduate up to three years after graduation and want to join the programme as a mentee? More information and the registration for mentees can be found here.

Mentees can look forward to gaining valuable advice and guidance from those who have already successfully navigated the path they want to follow.
