Sabbatical Leave
Sabbatical leave is intended primarily to allow faculty members to complete their preparations for the habilitation process or the process for appointment as a professor. The conditions for granting and taking such leave, the application procedure, and the required documentation are set forth in Dean’s Regulation No. 2/2024.
Career Planning and Training Needs
Career planning linked to training needs is one of the areas of professional development support, which includes, among other things, financial support for participation in training events or the acquisition of new methods and tools related to identified development needs.
Administrative Framework for the Preparation of Scientific and Development Projects
The faculty provides an administrative framework for the preparation and review of research and development projects. Submitting a project proposal allows for the timely coordination of its evaluation at the department and faculty leadership levels, including financial requirements and any potential faculty contribution. The requirements for the proposal and the procedure for its review are set forth in Dean’s Regulation No. 1/2024.
The Advisory Group for Science and Research is also part of the faculty’s infrastructure for science and research. More detailed information about the advisory group, including its rules of procedure, is available on the faculty intranet after logging in.
Supporting Excellence in Doctoral Studies
The program is designed to promote excellence in doctoral studies. Information about the program is posted on the faculty’s website; details of the internal call for applications are available on the intranet.
Support for Young Researchers
The support program for young academics (known as “junior faculty”) is designed to foster research and publication activities in the early stages of an academic career.
