Kamila Matysová, Ph.D., psychologist, and behavioral economist from the department of international business, and Ing. Jitka Volfová, Ph.D., coach, and behavioral economist from the department of international business who focus their research and academic activities on Sustainable HR Management and Social Taxonomy.
Project description
To develop innovative and cost-efficient solutions for mental health care in the post-covid times, we need to get the businesses involved. We address this issue by developing a series of workshops, focusing on mental health in organizations. To scale our initiative, we offer a ‘train the- trainer’ program, preparing future trainers to conduct workshops in other business schools in V4 countries, and we onboard stakeholders (academics, managers, entrepreneurs). As a result, we equip future leaders with the necessary skills and attitudes to respond to mental health challenges in organizations.
