To the docent Judita Štouračová

The head of the Faculty of International Relations announces, that on 22^nd August 2017 died in age of 80 years Mrs. doc. Ing. Judita Štouračová Csc., a longtime member of the Department of International Trade and Vice-Dean former Faculty of the Trade.

Mrs. Štouračová studied at the University of Economics and worked in the international trade in pedagogical, scientific and publishing sphere. She worked at the Department of Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, even she was the Head of the Department.

She was also interested in economic diplomacy. She came with the idea of founding the agency for support of the international trade. When the agency CzechTrade was in 1997 found, she became its first Chief Executive Officer until the 2000. Between 2000 and 2004 she was the ambassador in Belgrade. In the end of her work she got the high honor Order of the Yugoslav Star.
